The time of log is wrong, is it a bug? or I need to configure the static config?

I am in China, and now is 2019-11-21 23:46, but the time in the log is "time":"2019-11-21T15:46:44Z".
why? this makes me confused.

I got the reason, it needs to mount the /etc/timezone from my host to sync the time
