TCP route against HTTPS server with passthough

I'm trying to create a TCP route in order to passthough tls:

            - traefik.tcp.routers.registry.tls=true
            - traefik.tcp.routers.registry.tls.passthrough=true
            - traefik.tcp.services.registry.loadbalancer.server.port=5000

The underlying server is an https server.

Is it able to create a tcp route against an https server?
